Are you looking for a location for your board- or multi-day meeting, workshop, training session, hybrid event or conference? De Ruwenberg wishes you a warm welcome! Our training centre near Den Bosch is a unique location with a 14ha estate situated on the banks of the Dommel river. The centre consists of a wide range of meeting rooms varying in capacity from 2 persons to 450 persons. The original medieval castle is the heart of the complex to which the Atrium and 4 wings are attached. One wing contains 66 hotel rooms, 3 plenary and 6 meeting spaces with a private lounge and terrace. It is possible to solely book one of these wings with all its facilities. There are 20m2 and 40m2 rooms available for small group meetings. However, if you prefer a more unique meeting room, you can opt for our Castle room or Fireplace Room both situated in the castle part of the Ruwenberg. These rooms are only accessible through stairs. Nevertheless, our reception room is on the ground floor near the entrance and the perfect spot to welcome your guests.

Would you like to rent a meeting room for smaller groups? Then you are at the right adress! For a meeting room for smaller groups, we offer our 20m2 meeting room and the 40m2 meeting room. The 20m2 meeting room has a maximum capacity of 10 people and is perfect for small gatherings such as break-out sessions and meetings. The 40m2 meeting room have a maximum capacity of 25 people per room and are perfectly suitable for medium-sized gatherings, such as break-out sessions and meetings. Each room is equipped with a whiteboard and two flipcharts with markers, which ensures an optimal presentation experience. In addition, all rooms have a view of the green surroundings, providing a soothing atmosphere for your meeting.

For example, some of our plenary rooms feature short-throw projectors to ensure the speaker is never overshadowed. Moreover, we employ 2 internet providers to ensure uninterrupted connectivity. You can also seamlessly connect via Zoom, Microsoft Team Meeting, or Skype, and display multiple presentations simultaneously on our large LED screen with camera. Additionally, we facilitate hybrid events, allowing you to broadcast your message live to a target group of your choice.
