Atrium
Located in the heart of our complex is the Atrium, with an impressive surface area of 280 m². This versatile conference room is the perfect setting for a range of meetings: conferences, events, trade fairs, training courses, meetings, presentations, receptions and (gala) dinners for up to 450 people.
The Atrium is equipped with advanced technology, including a 4K main laser projector with zoom function and two additional 4K laser projectors on either side. Thanks to the central control panel with touchscreen at the front and back of the room, all screens and projectors can be controlled effortlessly by the trainer or assistant. The trainer also has access to a wireless microphone system and his own preview LED monitor on the stage to support his presentation.

For added convenience, you can rent the Logitech Rally Bar, a top-of-the-line video bar that’s perfect for medium to large meeting rooms. With cinema-quality video and audio, and AI-powered performance that ensures every participant is captured, it’s the ideal choice for hybrid meetings.
In addition, there are handy cards available on the tables, with which guests can easily order food and drinks, because at De Ruwenberg hospitality comes first!
