Capacity of Meeting Rooms

Every meeting has its own purpose, and therefore, your gathering requires its own room setup. Thanks to the flexible capacity at De Ruwenberg, we can offer various meeting room configurations. Think of setups such as a circle, classroom, or theater arrangement. Everything is possible. Additionally, you can create your own atmosphere in any of the rooms! Of course, on the day of your event, the rooms will be set up as per your preferred layout.

Located in the middle of the complex is the Atrium with an area of 280 m². This multifunctional conference room is extremely suitable for training courses, meetings, conferences, fairs, receptions and (gala) dinners.

Due to its difference in height, permanent arrangement and acoustics, the Amphitheater is extremely suitable as a lecture hall for lectures and presentations, for example.

Castle room

The former billiard room of the thirteenth century castle has been converted into a luxurious boardroom of 70m² for up to 16 people.

The Fireplace Room is located on the first floor of the thirteenth century castle and offers the possibility to gather at a large table or in a casual atmosphere by the fireplace.

Meeting outdoor

Use our 14 ha estate for a team session or walk along the banks of De Dommel. Combine the walk with a one-on-one challenge on the Driving Range or create new ideas together at the chess game in the garden.

Hybrid meeting rooms

Meeting location De Ruwenberg specializes in the organization of hybrid events, live streaming and video conferencing. In collaboration with our partner in the field of audiovisual options, it is now possible to broadcast your press conference, presentation, award ceremony or (board) meeting directly via the internet.
