At De Ruwenberg, we understand that an inspiring environment contributes to successful meetings. That’s why, in good weather, we offer the option to move your meeting outdoors. Use our 14-hectare estate for team sessions, walk along the banks of the Dommel, or enjoy the tranquillity under our 150 m² stretch tent. Combine a walk with a one-on-one challenge at the Driving Range or spark new ideas together at the garden chessboard. Use our estate as the backdrop for your meeting.
Whether it’s a brainstorming session, team-building activity, or strategic meeting, hosting your session outdoors adds an extra dimension to your event. Our spacious garden and estate offer ample flexibility for various setups tailored to your goals and requirements. Naturally, all indoor amenities can be provided outdoors as well.
Please note: an indoor meeting room must be booked, and in good weather the meeting can be moved outside in consultation.

SPARQzone outdoor meeting space
SPARQzone is an open space and offers a special place on the estate of De Ruwenberg to meet in a relaxed and inspiring way. It stimulates to get started with vision, creativity, communication or leadership. As a group you can use SPARQzone to brainstorm, gain new insights, discuss difficult issues and discuss important themes. And to simply connect with yourself and each other. Trust, safety and equality are central to this peaceful open space.
The SPARQzone pop-up consists of 12 floating chairs that form a circle and are connected from the middle. When it rains, a roof tent is provided and in winter you get extra warm blankets.
