Yes, there is a receptionist available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week at the front desk. Here, you can inquire about your room, the hotel, restaurant reservations, or the surrounding area. Each room and meeting space is equipped with a fixed telephone. Press ‘9’ to reach the reception directly.

You can check in from 15:00. Check-out is from Monday to Friday until 10:00 AM and on Saturday and Sunday until 11:00 AM.

*Due to the holiday period, check-out is possible from Monday to Friday until 11:00 AM during the summer.

If you still want to sleep in longer, book a Late Check-Out at the reception. Here you will find more information about this service.

From Monday to Friday you can have breakfast from 07:00 to 09:00. At weekends, the breakfast buffet is open from 07:30 to 10:30.

*Due to the holiday period, breakfast times have been extended to 10am from Monday to Friday.

Yes, reservations are required for dinner. You can easily make a reservation through the front desk.

All our facilities are open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. It is recommended to reserve a time slot in advance at the front desk. Additionally, you can use tennis rackets, golf clubs, squash rackets, and balls free of charge at the reception. All our facilities are available for hotel guests at no extra cost, except for the massage salon, which requires a few hours’ prior request. For more information, please check our facilities.
