If you need any assistance please do not hesitate to contact one of my colleagues at the reception desk. They will do their utmost to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
I would like to inform you about our safety procedures.
We have 20 employees with first aid experience and evacuation training.
About the emergency procedure:
In case of a fire you will hear a loud alarm.
Don’t ignore the alarm but go to the reception as soon as possible or go to the gathering place outside, next to the farmhouse ( meeting point) and wait for further instructions.
There is a small Leaflet in your hotel room with important information how to handle, what to do in case of a fire. Please read it carefully.
Special attention for the back site. There is a floor plan with a dot which indicates where your room is situated.
Never use the elevators in case of a fire.
There are 2 stair ways at each site of the corridor and 1 in the middle of the corridor.
You are expected to hold on the armrest when going up and down the stairs.
Please take a look around to be aware where all the emergency exits are.
The entrance gate will be closed at 1 AM. Please call the hotel when you’re late or push the entrance gate bell and we will open the gate immediately.
