Fitness & Squash
De Ruwenberg has a gym located in a separate building in the parking lot, about 50 meters from the main building.
This is equipped with Technogym equipment and has treadmills, spinning bikes, a cross trainer and a cardio wave. There is also various workout equipment available
The fitness can be used free of charge, there is no professional guidance available and use is at your own risk.
The squash court is located in the same building. You can book this free of charge at the reception and they can provide you with a squash racket and balls for a small fee.
