Start the day with a generous breakfast buffet and join us later for lunch or dinner made with seasonal produce from the region. In fine weather, take a seat on one of the terraces. End the evening with a relaxed drink in The Blue Bar.

Our chefs cook with what the Brabant countryside has to offer. We source whatever we can from nearby. Where that's not possible, we choose organic or Fairtrade.

You don't need to stay overnight to have lunch or dinner in our restaurant in Sint-Michielsgestel.

    Breakfast, lunch and drinks

    Breakfast is a buffet, served from 07:00 to 09:00 on weekdays and from 08:00 to 11:00 at weekends. Lunch is served as a buffet from 12:00 to 14:00. You’re also welcome in the brasserie for drinks or a light lunch.

    Dinner

    Dinner is served between 18:00 and 20:30. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday we serve à la carte. On other days, choose from the daily menu or a three-course surprise menu. Book your table through reception.

Bar, brasserie and terrace

From lunch in the sun to a cocktail at the end of the day, there’s always a good spot on the estate to sit down together. Choose the terrace, a seat by the fire in the brasserie or a table in The Blue Bar.

    On warm days, sit outside on the terrace or in the garden, with views of the estate. A lovely spot for lunch, a cup of coffee or a drink in the sun.

    The Blue Bar

    Our bartenders mix cocktails under the blue glow that gives the bar its name. Unwind here at the end of the day. The bar is open daily until 00:30.

Questions about the restaurant

  • Yes. Even if you're not staying overnight, you're welcome for lunch or dinner. Please book in advance through reception, so we can reserve a table for you.

  • Yes. Besides the separate restaurant area for 70 guests, you can also dine or have drinks in one of our meeting rooms. Your personal account manager will happily help you put together a suitable package.

  • Yes, book in advance through reception. That also applies if your package includes a dinner voucher. Dinner is served between 18:00 and 20:30.

  • Yes. Our Executive Chef holds the Allergen Certificate, supported by the NVWA, the Dutch food safety authority. Let us know your requirements when you book, and we'll put together a suitable dish or menu for you.

  • Some packages include a three-course dinner. At check-in, you receive a dinner voucher at reception to use in the restaurant during your stay. Please book a table in advance. The voucher is valid during your stay only, is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • The restaurant seats 250 guests and has a separate area for 70 guests. That area suits private dinners, business meetings and family occasions.

  • Yes. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with seasonal produce from the region. There is also The Blue Bar for a drink or a bite to eat.

  • Yes. At dinner, our team will happily suggest a matching glass or a wine pairing for your dishes. You can view the wine list online in advance.

  • Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 09:00 (Monday to Friday) and from 08:00 to 11:00 (Saturday and Sunday). Lunch is from 12:00 to 14:00. Both are buffets. Dinner is served between 18:00 and 20:30. The Blue Bar is open daily until 00:30.

  • We use local produce wherever possible, so most of what we serve travels fewer than 300 food miles. Products that aren't available locally are organic or Fairtrade.
