Some challenges need more than a day. That's when it helps to get away for a while, with time to talk things through.

At De Ruwenberg Estate, your group meets, eats and stays overnight in one place, in the countryside and 10 minutes from Den Bosch. That works for anything from an off-site or a two-day training course to a multi-day strategy programme with the whole team.

During the day, you work in one of the 40 meeting rooms with daylight and views of the estate. After dinner, carry on talking in The Blue Bar. The next morning, take a walk along the Dommel River while breakfast is laid out for you.

Why multi-day meetings?

Take time to go deeper and connect. If you stay for the evening, there's no need to cut the conversation short. Between dinner and breakfast, there's time to keep talking, without an agenda and without travel time.

Want to alternate between plenary sessions and smaller groups? We'll reset the rooms for you between sessions. Each wing has its own coffee lounge with a terrace, so you can step outside for a moment between sessions.

We take care of breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can easily extend any meeting package with an overnight stay, dinner or an activity on the estate.
