If you book through our website, a credit card guarantee is required. You can provide this when booking or on arrival at the hotel. Your credit card details serve only as a guarantee for your booking. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so no later than 1 day before arrival.
Please note that the day of arrival starts at 00:00. For any booking that is not cancelled at least 1 day before arrival, the cost of the first night will be charged.
In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged. Different cancellation conditions often apply to group bookings. If this is the case, the hotel will contact you about this.
