Meetings in the open air

Sometimes the best ideas come up outside the meeting room. When the weather's good, take your meeting outside.

On the 14-hectare estate by the Dommel River, 10 minutes from Den Bosch, there are several places to come together. Meet under the 150 m² stretch tent, talk things through on a walk along the Dommel or continue the discussion at the large chessboard in the garden. Anyone who wants to stretch their legs can hit a few balls on the driving range.

From a brainstorm or strategy meeting to a short catch-up, there's room outside for different layouts. We make sure you have everything outside that you'd have indoors, from seating to coffee and catering.

Good to know: you always book an indoor meeting room as well. In fine weather, we'll move your meeting outside in agreement with you.

Meeting outdoors is a welcome change from a day indoors. The natural surroundings help you step back for a moment and carry on with a fresh perspective.

De Ruwenberg Estate lies in the heart of the Brabant countryside. Choose the spot that suits your programme: a walk along the water, a brainstorm in the SPARQzone or a session under the stretch tent in the garden. Between sessions, step straight from the coffee lounge onto the terrace.

It works for a short meeting and just as well for an off-site over several days.

The SPARQzone

In the middle of the estate lies the SPARQzone, an open spot in the grounds. In a circle of 12 hanging chairs, everyone faces each other. That makes room for a brainstorm, an open conversation or an important theme. When it rains, there's a canopy overhead, and in winter we provide warm blankets.
