Explore De Ruwenberg

Use the map to find your way around the meeting rooms, hotel rooms and facilities. The Fireplace Room, Castle Room and Reception Room are in the historic castle. The Fireplace Room and Castle Room are on the first floor and can only be reached by stairs. Next to the castle, the farmhouse has a gym, a squash court and covered bicycle parking with charging points. There are more than 250 free parking spaces and 42 charging points for electric cars.

  • Yes. Every meeting package includes unlimited coffee, tea and soft drinks, with fresh fruit in the lounge.

  • Yes, almost all of them. Only the Castle Room and Fireplace Room in the castle are not wheelchair accessible.

  • Yes, for hotel guests and meeting guests alike. There are more than 250 free parking spaces and 42 charging points for electric cars.

  • Yes. You can hire the Logitech Rally Bar, a video bar that keeps participants clearly in view. It allows those joining remotely to take a full part in the meeting.

  • No. The Amphitheatre has fixed tiered seating.

  • Yes. Every meeting room has daylight and views of the estate, both in the castle and in the four wings.

  • De Ruwenberg Estate has 40 meeting rooms across the castle and four wings, for groups of 2 to 450 people. They range from the Fireplace Room for 8 people to the Atrium for 450 guests.

  • Yes. There are order cards on the tables, so you can order food and drinks during your meeting.

  • The Atrium has a main 4K laser projector with zoom, plus a 4K laser projector on each side. Touchscreens at the front and back of the room control the screens, projectors and sound. The speaker has a Sennheiser wireless microphone system and a dedicated LED monitor by the stage.

  • Every meeting package includes a projector and screen, two flip charts and free Wi-Fi. Additional equipment is available to hire. Your account manager will discuss what you need.

  • It's suitable for lectures, training sessions and presentations. It's set up as a modern lecture theatre with fixed tiered seating, so everyone has a direct view of the speaker and screen.

  • De Ruwenberg Estate offers three meeting packages: 4-hour, 8-hour and 12-hour packages. All include room hire, unlimited coffee, tea and soft drinks, fresh fruit, a projector and screen, two flip charts and free parking. The 8-hour package also includes lunch. The 12-hour package includes lunch and a three-course dinner. Your account manager will tailor the package to your programme.

  • That depends on your group size and seating layout. The Fireplace Room and Reception Room in the castle each accommodate 8 people. The Castle Room is a boardroom for 16 people. Rooms in the wings range from 20 to 200 m², while the Atrium accommodates 450 guests. Your account manager will help you choose.
