A successful meeting starts with good preparation. With a meeting package from De Ruwenberg Estate, everything is arranged for you, so you can give your guests and the programme your full attention. Choose a package of 4, 8 or 12 hours, including the meeting room, catering and technical facilities. Would you like to extend your meeting with an overnight stay, drinks or a team building activity on the estate? We'll happily arrange that too. Have specific wishes?     4-hour meeting package

    A productive morning or afternoon

    Ideal for a meeting, presentation or brainstorm. For half a day, you have a comfortable meeting room with daylight. We provide the right facilities and a warm welcome.

    An inspiring day with a shared dinner

    Combine a productive meeting with a relaxed finish. Afterwards, sit down together for a well-prepared three-course dinner in our restaurant. It's a good moment to talk things over, share ideas and end the day together.

Meetings with accommodation

Turn your meeting into a complete multi-day programme. Extend your meeting package with one or more overnight stays in our comfortable hotel rooms. With 196 hotel rooms on the estate, your group can easily stay together. You can also reserve rooms in the same wing as your meeting rooms. We take care of breakfast, lunch and dinner, so everything happens in one place. After an intensive day, there's plenty of time to relax. Hotel guests use the pool, the saunas, the gym and the other sports facilities free of charge, daily from 06:00 to 23:00.

  • Yes. Every meeting package includes unlimited coffee, tea and soft drinks, with fresh fruit in the lounge.

  • De Ruwenberg Estate offers three meeting packages: 4-hour, 8-hour and 12-hour packages. All include room hire, unlimited coffee, tea and soft drinks, fresh fruit, a projector and screen, two flip charts and free parking. The 8-hour package also includes lunch. The 12-hour package includes lunch and a three-course dinner. Your account manager will tailor the package to your programme.
