Extend your business meeting with a sheep herding workshop, outdoors on the 14-hectare estate by the Dommel River, 10 minutes from Den Bosch. An active end to your meeting, conference or training, with teamwork at its heart.
Sheep herding is an outdoor activity on the estate, run by our regular partner. After a short introduction, you meet the sheep. In a demonstration, the trainer shows how he works with border collies: how does a puppy become a top dog, and which commands steer a dog? Communication, selection, ambition and perseverance all come up. Then it's your turn. In teams, you try to herd the sheep around a course. The sheep respond directly to the signals the group gives. Please note: a team building activity is always booked in combination with a meeting or an overnight stay on the estate.
During the workshop, the trainer keeps linking back to your own work: teamwork, communication, leadership, roles within a group, passion and ambition. What does it take to form a good team? How do you communicate clearly with each other? And how do you make sure others want to follow you? Without good teamwork, the task can't be done. If you wish, we close each group with a short evaluation.
